Addison M Straub, age 13 passed away at her home in Glen Flora, WI on May 6, 2023 after a lifelong battle with Epilepsy.

She is survived by her parents Amy (Rob) Stout (Glen Flora, WI) Joshua Straub (Grand Forks, ND), Grandparents Jeff and Michelle Loew (Hawkins, WI) Mark and Patti Maerz (Grand Forks, ND) and Gloria Halter (Hawkins, WI), Great Grandparents Sandra Loew (Bloomer, WI) Eva Rihn (Bloomer, WI) and Keith and Elizabeth Johnson (Grand Forks, ND), Siblings Alec Stout (Ashley Grigsby)(Hawkins, WI), Taylor Stout (Nate Baker)(Cornell, WI), Hannah Stout (Ladysmith, WI), Emersyn Stout (Glen Flora, WI) Jackson Stout (Glen Flora, WI). Aunts and Uncles John (Tiff) Straub (Grand Forks, ND), KayDee Straub (Grand Forks, ND) Brian Halter (Hawkins, WI), Loree (Jeff) Pearison (Hawkins, WI), Larry Halter (Bruce, WI), Sara Loew (Dillon Corbett)(Lublin, WI), and Ashly Loew (Adam Stigler)(Phillips, WI), Numerous Great Aunts and Uncles, Nieces and Nephews Deklan, Sawyer, and Iris Baker (Cornell, WI) and Brixlee Stout (Hawkins, WI). Numerous cousins in Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Ohio.

She is proceeded in death by her Great Great Grandparents Mike and Violet Huhn and Melvin and Denise Rihn, her Great Grandpas Larry Loew and Gene Rihn, as well as her little sister Katrina Stout.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Deacon Doug Sorenson officiating. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
