Alan Lee Joles, age 75, of Savage, Minn., died on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2023, surrounded by his loving family after a 10-year heroic battle of cancer and other health issues.

He was preceded in death by brother, Robert Joles; parents, Valley and Doris Joles.

Alan is survived by devoted wife, Kathy; loving children, Brian (Katy) Joles, Kristine (Adam) Wilhelmy and Robert (girlfriend Shannon) Joles; eight siblings, Gary (Kathy) Joles, Valerie McGary, Jeffrey (Sue) Joles, Mary (Fred) Marcon, Holly (Jeff) Lent, Lori (Norm) Rozak, Michael (Jane) Joles and Corey (Jenn) Joles; eight grandchildren, Bailey, Julia, Harley, Nathaniel, Connor, Lillian, Maisie and Emma; and many other relatives and dear friends.

A celebration of life will be held from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 3, at Minnesota Valley Country Club, Bloomington, Minn. Internment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
