Albert M. Bebak, 81 of Hawkins, died on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Care & Rehab - Ladysmith.

He is survived by his wife Barb, 3 daughters; Mary & Matt LaVick of Birchwood, Therese Bebak of Hawkins and Anne & Peter Welle of Freeport, MN, 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and 1 sister; Maryann Pryzbyl of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Frank Bebak and a brother-in-law, Jerry Pryzbyl.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hawkins with Fr. Papi and Deacon Craig Voldberg officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in South Fork.

Visitation for friends and family will be from 10:00 AM until service time on Wednesday at the church.
