Alda E. (Balko) Kisling, 90, peacefully left this earth to join her parents and loved ones in Heaven late Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Country Terrace in Ladysmith, WI.

Alda is survived by her husband, Herb. Sons: Ryan (Marcile) Kisling, Missoula, MT and Dana Kisling, Cadott, WI. Daughter: Sue (Ted) Beck, Two Harbors, MN. Daughter-in-Law: Donnie Kisling , Buckman, MN. Brothers: Norman (Dorie) Balko, Missoula, MT and Elmer (Pat) Balko, Medford, WI. Sisters: Dorothy Kallstrom, Owasso, OK and Connie (Barry) Bromley, Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. Special niece, Shelley Barg and husband Sam of Ladysmith who were tremendous at providing for Alda's needs and were with her at the end. Alda also leaves behind nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Ladysmith with Rev. Mark Pflughoeft officiating. Alda's family will receive friends from 4:00 until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, March 5 at the Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith and again for an hour prior to service time at the church on Thursday.
