Allen Glen Phetteplace, 90, of Ladysmith, WI, died Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at his home.

Survivors include his wife: Carol, three sons: Jeff (Jude) DeWall of Conrath, WI, Jack (Peggy) DeWall of Cameron, WI and Joel DeWall of Ladysmith, three daughters: LuAnn (Jim) Larson of Ladysmith, Wendy Wright of Marshfield, WI and Susan DeWall of Heines, AK, seven grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, one sister: Lorraine Santovi of St. Paul, MN and two sisters-in-law: Mary MacArthur and Joann Vaughan.

Al was preceded in death by his parents: Edward and Flora, former wife: Anna Caproon, son: Wayne Phetteplace, infant daughter: Linda Phetteplace, son-in-law: Mike Wright, grandson: Josh Larson, brother: Arthur Phetteplace and sister: Lorna Bratina.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at JS Supper Club in Ladysmith with Deacon Doug Sorenson officiating. Military Burial Rites will be provided by the Rusk County Honor Guard. Memorial visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. and burial will be in the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI at a later date.
