Annette M. Lebal, 81, of Hawkins, died on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2016 at the Ladysmith Care Community.
She is survived by her 4 sons and 2 daughters: Dale of Kennan, Kevin & Bonnie of Catawba, Kirby & Bev of Hawkins, Denise of Hawkins, Kurt of Catawba and Jody & Deb of Kennan, 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 5th at the Kennan Cemetery.
