Barbara Jean Cynor (Raduenz), 74 of Hawkins, passed away on January 16, 2026 with her loving husband at her side, from a courageous fight with liver cancer.

Born January 2, 1952 to Arthur & Ellen (Grady) Raduenz of Burlington, WI, Barbara grew up on the family farm. She attended public school in Lake Geneva, graduating from Badger High School in 1970. During high school, she worked part time for Dr. White dentist. After high school for Albert Trostel's, Lake Geneva and part time for Wolline Riding Stables in Elkhorn and Grand in Lake Geneva as a trail guide and Marshfield Clinic Burlington and a Transcriptionist for the Rice Lake clinic. She married Rowland Holder and had three children.

Later, life changed and she married Daniel Cynor, spending 26 years of exciting time together. She was always by his side helping with their heating & cooling business and doing the bookkeeping. She helped finish building an airplane which was used for flying young eagles through the EAA. She helped build a steam engine and gave rides and steamed sweet corn for events. She made maple syrup and helped log off and make firewood from their 40 acres.

Barbara was no stranger to hard work. She loved gardening, making hay, lawn care, canning, fishing and much more. She loved sharing her award-winning baked goods. She made the house a home! She loved God's creation, animals and caring for her pets, OB (their dog); cats, Michael and Sonny and horse, Knight. She loved motorcycling and dancing with her man Danny as she affectionately called him. They were soulmates! She loved wintertime, especially snowmobiling and ice fishing.

She started studying the Bible and learned God's personal name (Jehovah) and his purpose for the earth and mankind. She loved Rev. 21:4 - no more death. She dedicated herself to Jehovah and was baptized. She loved the Truth from God's word and shared it to whomever would want to know what she learned. She was a very generous, humble, kind and loving person.

She is survived by her husband Daniel Cynor, daughter Sandy Davis (Dustin), son Zeb Holder (Amanda), daughter Jennifer Lenbom (Michael), grandsons Cougar & Max Holder, Nicholas & Alexander Davis, granddaughters Janika & Jayna Lenbom and Kaitlyn Davis, sisters Dorothy Kautz (William), Joyce Flegel (David), nieces, nephews and cousins.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Arthur John and Ellen Marie Raduenz, 2 brothers Edward and Richard Raduenz, sister Joann Ebbers, brothers-in-law William Ebbers and William Kautz, nieces, nephews & cousins, aunts & uncles.

Barbara will be cherished in memory and profoundly missed. The family would like to thank all those who sent cards and flowers, visits and phone calls and prayers. Also, a special thank you to Hope Hospice for their excellent care.

A memorial service will be held on January 31, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, W7933 Highway 8 in Ladysmith with a luncheon to follow. Tye Van De Voort is officiating.
