Betty Fadness of Winter, Wisconsin died on July 11, 2019, at age 96. She had been receiving hospice care at Care Partners, in Ladysmith.

Betty is survived by sons Mark and Kent Fadness; daughter Jodell "Jody" (Ron) Thorsett; grandchildren Jenna and Tom Thorsett; and brother Sidney Goffin.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Winter on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 1:00 PM. Betty will be interred in the Winter Cemetery, with Pastor Terri Blomberg officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, or Zion Lutheran Church.
