Betty M. (Wood) Stone, 86 of Bruce, died on Monday, March 13, 2023 at The Homeplace in Stanley.

She is survived by her husband Herbert, 7 children; Becky, Rod, Rocky, Rita, Roxanne, Randy and Rhonda and a very special "son" Todd, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, 2 brothers; Bob & Rowena Wood of Independence, MO and Fred & Judy Wood of Fairfax, IA and a sister; Leona Clester of East Moline, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Mervin & Leola Lucille (Harris) Wood, 2 children; Rick and Rose and 8 siblings; Viola, Harold, Marion, David, Max, Barb, Donna and Johnny.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the Bruce Federated Church with Rev. Mark Bartlett officiating. Burial will follow in Bruce Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time on Thursday at the church.
