Carl E. Benik 84 of Weyerhaeuser; died on Saturday; April 2nd, 2016 at The Barron Care & Rehabilitation Center.

He is survived by 1 son and 2 daughters: Tony & Melissa of Rice Lake; Debbie & Joe Malek of Barron and Carla & Rick Folz of Clear Lake; 4 grand-children: Danielle Harrington, Lindsay Soper, AJ and Tyler Benik. He is also survived by 1 brother and 2 sisters: Jim & Virg Benik of Bloomington, MN; Lorraine Zych of Necedah and Clara Zarecki of Braham, MN.

Funeral services will be held on Friday; April 8th, 2016 at 11:00 AM at SS. Peter & Paul Church in Weyerhaeuser with Fr. Inna Pothireddy and Deacon Tom Fuhrmann officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. The Benik Family will receive friends at the Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Bruce on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM where there will be a Scripture Service at 7:00 PM. There will also be an hour of visitation at the Church on Friday.

Members of The SS. Peter & Paul Lodge are asked to meet at the Church at 10:30 AM on Friday. There will be Military Burial Rites accorded by the Weyerhaeuser VFW at the CHURCH following the Funeral.
