Carl R. Olson 89 of Winter, WI, died on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at The Rusk County Memorial Nursing Home in Ladysmith. He is survived by 1 daughter and 4 sons: Anne Marie & Michael Hargus of Winter, WI; Rick & Linda OLson of Winter, John Olson and Julie VanStappen of Washburn, WI; Steven & Susan Olson of Winter; Brian Olson and Michelle Mikula of Cameron, WI. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday; May 23, 2012 at 11:30 AM at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Winter with Fr. Shaji officiating. Burial with be in the Church Cemetery with Military Rites provided by the Winter American Legion. The Olson family will receive friends on Tuesday at the Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith after 4:00 PM and also at the Church on Wednesday for an hour prior to service time. There will be a Scripture Service at the Funeral Home on Tuesday evening at 6:00 PM
