Carol J. Thomas 83 of Ladysmith; died on Thursday; November 19th, 2015 at the Ladysmith Care Community.

She is survived by 5 children: Christine Thomas, Bruce Thomas, Patti Thomas - all of Ladysmith, Rick & Eleanor Anderson of Las Vegas and Tracy & Pat Malvito of Morgantown, WV. Carol is also survived by 2 granddaughters; Amber and Nicki Thomas and a brother Jim & Joyce Girard of Eau Claire.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday; November 23rd, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Ladysmith with Fr. Inna Pothireddy officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The Thomas Family will receive friends at the Church on Monday from 10:00 AM until service time.

Following the burial, a luncheon will be held at the Tee -a- Way and all are welcome.
