Charles A. Ludvik 58; died on Wednesday; January 22nd, 2014 at The Northwest Pathway to Independence Home in Chippewa Falls.

He is survived by his mother Barb of Weyerhaeuser, his father Norm of Ladysmith, 1 sister Nana of Weyerhaeuser and 3 brothers; Anthony & Linda of Ringle, WI; Daniel & Janet and Gary & Judy all of Weyerhaeuser. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services for Charles will be held on Monday; January 27th, 2014 at 11:00 AM at SS. Peter & Paul Church in Weyerhaeuser with Fr. Chris Kemp officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. The Ludvik Family will receive friends at the Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Bruce on Sunday after 4:00 PM and also at the Church on Monday for an hour prior to service time.
