Charles H. Slack, 92 of Ladysmith, WI, died Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the Ladysmith Care Community.

He is survived by 3 daughters: Kathleen & Jerome Fox of Riverside, CA, Victoria & Bill Boettcher of Ladysmith and Christine McManaway of Phillips, WI, son: Thomas Slack of Rice Lake, WI, 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and brother: Ralph Slack of St. Berlin, WI.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents: Charles and Elsie, wife: Madeline, sons: John and Dennis and 14 brothers and sisters.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
