Clara K. Jacques 101 died on Thursday; November 2nd, 2017 at The Ladysmith Care & Rehabilitation Center.

She is survived by 3 daughters and 1 son: Mary Ann Bader of Phillips, Bonnie & Pat Jenkins of Grand Rapids MN, Sharon Pfalzgraf of Shakopee MN and William Jr. & Colleen of Lakeville MN.

Clara is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and a sister Kathleen Mataczynski of Ladysmith.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday; November 7th, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with Fr. Inna Pothireddy officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

The Jacques Family will receive friends at the Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith after 4:00 PM on Monday where there will be a Scripture Service at 7:00 PM. There will also be an hour of visitation on Tuesday at the Church prior to the Mass.
