Obituary
Clorus L. Valentine, 79, of Ladysmith, died on Friday, June 21, 2013 at the Ladysmith Care Community.
She is survived by her son; David & Joanne of Milbank, SD, 1 granddaughter; Stephanie & Scott Carlson of Lake Norden, SD, 1 great-grandson and 1 great-granddaughter; Gregory & Jennifer and Halee Carlson, both of Lake Norden, SD, and 1 great-great-grandson; Dante, 3 brothers; James & Mary Updike, Junior & Jeanie Updike, Sr., and Leonard & Vicky Updike, all of Oregon, 4 sisters; Judy & Noel Needham, Ramona Leslie, Margaret & Alan Shoop, and Dorothy Sawyer all of Oregon, along with many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at the Ladysmith UCC Church, with Rev. Leslie Schenk officiating. Burial will be in Ingram Cemetery. Clorus' family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time at the church on Tuesday.
