David R. Flohr 54, died on Tuesday; June 4, 2013 at his home in Ladysmith.
He is survived by his wife Kathy and their 2 daughters; Katie & Breyen Canfield of Henderson, NV and Jacquie & Mitch Ptacek of Milwaukee. He is also survived by his parents; Robert & Lorraine Flohr of Ladysmith and 2 brothers; Don & Susie of Ada, Ok and Tom of Ladysmith.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday; June 8th, 2013 at 11:00 AM at St. John's Lutheran Church in Ladysmith with Rev. Mark Pflughoeft officiating.
Dave's family will receive friends at the Church on Friday from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and then again on Saturday at the Church for an hour prior to service time.
