Obituary
David L. Gazdik 55 of Ladysmith, died on Saturday; November 17th, 2012 at The Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.
He is survived by his mother Karen (Sal Bueno) Gazdik of Cudahy, Wi; 1 brother Dennis of Cudahy; 3 sisters: Darcie (Marlin) Schilcher of Cudahy, Dione & Scott Hurula of Mississippi and Doreen (Richard) Bueno of Cudahy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and there families.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday; November 24th at 11:00 Am at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Ladysmith. There will be a Knights of Columbus Rosary recited at 9:30 AM followed by a visitation at 10:00 AM until service time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in the name of David L. Gazdik may be directed to The Knights of Columbus to help defray expenses. They mail be mailed to Our Lady of Sorrows Parish Office at 611 1st Street So.
