Denise R. Baker 43, of Eau Claire died on Monday, October 5th, 2015 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.
She is survived by 1 son; Tyler Baker of Eau Claire, 3 sisters and 1 brother: Pam & Brian Vanden Boogaard of Chippewa Falls, WI, April & Dan Lizak of Cottage Grove, MN and Heather & Owen Miller of Seaside, OR, Paul & Ayan Baker of Cottage Grove, MN, her father; Loren & Joyce Baker of St. Paul Park, MN and mother; Norene & John Morton of Ladysmith, WI, nieces and nephews, and her 2 special dogs; Hope and Zoey.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 10th, 2015 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith. Denise's family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
