Dennis G. Kuduk, 74 of Hawkins, died on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Select Specialty Hospital-Madison.

He is survived by his wife Kathy, 1 son; Shane (Billi) Kuduk of Haysville, KS, 2 daughters; Heather (Derrick) Kuduk-Hsu of Bethesda, MD and Courtney Kuduk of Falls Church, VA, 5 grandchildren and a sister Janice (Allen) Hoyt of Eden Prairie, MN.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Raymond & Marcella (Ponsler) Kuduk, infant daughter Desiree, infant granddaughter Bryna Rose and 2 brothers; Gary and Dale Kuduk.

A celebration of life for Dennis Kuduk will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Toms Way to Go, 804 Main St., Hawkins

There will be a gathering at 11 a.m. followed by a prayer service officiated by Deacon Craig Voldberg
