Donald F. Des Jarlais, Jr. 78 of Ladysmith, WI died on Monday; November 29, 2010 due to an apparent heart attack while swimming. Don is survived by his wife Waunita 5 sons and 1 daughter: Terry & Mary of Cuba City, Guy of Ladysmith, Mark & Betty of Ladysmith, Mike & MaryJo of Pardeeville, Wi, Cindy & Randy Smrstick of Eau Claire and Todd & Kris of Ladysmith.

Funeral Services for Don Des Jarlais will be held on Thursday; December 2 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Ladysmith with Fr. Shaji officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Ladysmith. Friends may call after 4:00 PM on Wednesday; December 1 at The Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith where there will be a Scripture Service at 7:00 PM followed by A Knights of Columbus Rosary.
