Donald Frank Dvorak, 85 of Ladysmith, died on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Marshfield Medical Center - Marshfield, following 25 years of heart problems.

He is survived by his wife Rose Mary Dvorak, 1 son; David M. Dvorak of Ladysmith, 1 granddaughter; Katherine (Mitch) Waldera, 1 step-grandson; Charles Strong and 1 step-granddaughter; Kylie Mijares.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Frank & Josephine (Susedik) Dvorak.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Ladysmith with Fr. Joseph Kumar Mayakuntla and Deacon Craig Voldberg celebrating. Military honors will be provided by the Rusk County Honor Guard and will immediately follow the service outside the church.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until service time on Tuesday at the church. Burial will be at a later date in Riverside Cemetery in Ladysmith.
