Duane K. Jacobson, 66 of Janesville and formerly of Ladysmith, died peacefully on Saturday, July 1st, 2017 at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville.

He is survived by his daughter; Lisa & Jay Folz of Cameron, his son; Keith & Pam Jacobson of Ladysmith, 7 grandchildren; Tyler and Ethan Hill, Jordan, Jami and Jazmin Folz and Kennedi and Presley Jacobson, 2 brothers and 2 sisters; Ken & Carol Jacobson of Lakeville, MN, Randy Jacobson of Sun Prairie, Judy & Dale Brown of Yuma, AZ and Linette Kazmierkoski of Bruce, 2 sisters-in-law; Marilyn Jacobson of Bruce and Nancy Jacobson of Galesburg, IL and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 28th, 2017 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Deacon Doug Sorenson officiating. Duane's family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time on Friday at the Funeral Home.
