Rev. Edgar Barg, 87, Pastor Emeritus, of St. John's Lutheran Church in Ladysmith, WI and residing in Ladysmith, died on Monday, September 1, 2014 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI.

He is survived by his wife, Bessie and children; Esther Barg of Yulee, FL, Elaine (David) Eichstaedt of Orland Park, IL, Ellen (Roger) Stephenson of Ladysmith, WI, Edgar "Sam" (Shelly) Barg of Ladysmith and Emery (Michelle) Barg of Owensville, MO, 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and prior to the funeral service Friday, September 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. John's Lutheran Church in Ladysmith.
