Gerry Koditek 86 of Ladysmith; died on Monday; November 18th, 2013 at The Rusk County Memorial Hospital in Ladysmith.

She is survived by a daughter Diane Koditek and her husband Mike Polovina of Kernville, CA; 2 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 2 sisters; Patricia Wright of Elma, IA and Virginia Bruger of Ladysmith.

Funeral services will be held on Friday; November 22nd, 2013 at Our Ladysmith of Sorrows Church in Ladysmith at 11:00 AM with Fr. Chris Kemp officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Ladysmith.

Gerry's family will receive friends at the Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith on Thursday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM where there will be a Scripture Service at 7:00 PM. There will also be an hour of visitation at the Church on Friday prior to service time.
