Fern M. Schultz, 61, of Conrath, died on Monday, September 26, 2011 in Fitchburg, WI.

She is survived by her 3 daughters; Tammy & Kevin Check, Tina Schultz, Joyce & Joe Verstegen, all of Monona, WI, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, and 2 brothers; John & Sylvia Langworthy of Mesa, AZ and Derek Langworthy of Freeport, IL. She is also survived by a sister-in-law; Carol Langworthy of Elkhart, IN.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Rev. Jeremey Allard officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Sheldon. Fern's family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until service time on Saturday.
