Florence H. Brzezinski Kopacz, 95, of Hawkins, WI; died on Thursday; March 12th, 2015 at The Ladysmith Care & Rehabilitation Center.

She is survived by 3 children; Stan & Barb Brzezinski of Anoka, MN; Mike & Katie Brzezinski of Eau Claire and Betty & Roger Hruby of Brighton, CO. Helen is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren and 1 sister; Rose & Ed Johnson of Colby, WI.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 20th, 2015 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hawkins. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Hawkins. Florence's family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time on Saturday at the church. A luncheon will follow at St. Mary's Church Hall.
