Frances Louise (Wittrig) Vaughn, 77 of Holcombe, passed away peacefully on the morning of May 27, 2025 at Marshfield Medical Center - Marshfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Russ and Ina (Roth) Wittrig; her brother, Wayne Wittrig; her sons, Baby Vaughn and Lonnie Scott Vaughn.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 59 years, Melvin "Lonnie" Vaughn; her son, Brian (Crystal) Vaughn; brother, Gerald (Janice) Wittrig; sisters, Peg (Doug) Kuehne and Charlotte (Jim) Kesan and sister-in-law, Cookie Wittrig. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Dalton (Ashley), Daniel, McKenzie, and Dylan (Shelby); great-grandchildren, Liam, Carter, Braelyn and Oaklynn as well as many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Pastor Jim Kauffman officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Sheldon at a later date.
