Francis A. "Frank" Prochaska, 67 died unexpectantly on Saturday; August 5th, 2017 at his home in Conrath.
He is survived by his wife Diane, 1 son and 1 daughter: Scott F. & Brenda Prochaska of Racine, Robin J. & Joe Santos, Sr. of Racine, 4 grandchildren; Samantha & Robert Burch, Amanda Santos, Andrew Prochaska and Joseph Santos, Jr., 2 great-grandchildren; Peyton and Robbie Burch and 1 on the way.
He is also survived by his mother Mary of Racine, 1 brother; Edward & Michelle Prochaska of Conrath, 4 sisters; Mary & Guenther Behringer of Racine, Margaret & Alan Schwab of Burlington, Barbara & Robert Petri and Diane & Joseph Cacciotti both of Racine and a sister-in-law; Patricia Prochaska of Delavan.
A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Friday, August 11th, 2017 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith, WI.
