George A. Heine, 84 of Ladysmith, Wisconsin, died Friday, August 29, 2025 at his home.

He is survived by his daughter: Beth (Bruce) Cleybergh of Bethalto, IL, grandson: Adam (Alaina) Lucas, brother: Robert Paul (Gladys) Heine, 3 sisters: Frances Marion Evangelista, Sandra Kay Perkiser and Janice Jean McAlevy and her companion Tom Mason, sister-in-law: Linda Heine and many nieces and nephews.

George was preceded in death by his parents: Charles & Viola (Woodruff) Heine, son: James David Heine, 4 brothers: Carl Joseph (Martha) Woodruff, Ralph Charles (Pat) Heine, Noel David Heine and Lawrence Edward Heine and 2 sisters: Sarah Gay (Mike) Sillman and Dorothy Ann Heine. He was also preceded in death by his beloved dog Sydney.

It was George's wish to be cremated and buried in the St. Matthew Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
