Gerald A. " BUTCH " Kendzior Jr. 55 of Mukwonago; died on Saturday; August 15th, 2015 at The Mayo Clinic Health System - Northland in Barron.
Butch is survived by his wife Nancy and their 3 children: Brian of San Francisco, Amanda of Mukwonago and Sarah of Milwaukee. He is also survived by his mother Sylvia of Chippewa Falls, 2 brothers and 1 sister: Don & Wendy of Amery, Steven & Laura of Elk Mound and Kathleen & Jack Cummings of Endeaver along with aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral Services for Butch will be held on Friday; August 21st, 2015 at 11:00 AM at The Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Strickland with Fr. Jim Bartelme and Deacon Fred Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
The Kendzior Family will receive friends at the Church on Friday for an hour prior to service time.
