Obituary
Gerald O. Ludvik, 83, of Ladysmith died on Tuesday, April 19th, 2016 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.
He is survived by 1 son and 1 daughter: Bryan of Hugo, MN, Jayne & Tim Smith of Goodhue, MN. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 1 brother and 2 sisters: Bob & Shirley Ludvik of Mankato, MN Judy Jensen of Cornell and Sharon & Phil Christman of Appleton.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 29th, 2016 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Ladysmith with Fr. Inna Pothireddy officiating. Jerry's family will receive friends for an hour prior to service time on Friday at the church.
