Obituary
Guy Curtis, 42, of Hawkins, WI, died on Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Mayo CLinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI.
He is survived by his mother; Connie Curtis of Hawkins, 8 aunts; Bonnie Curtis, Donna Harris, Dorothy & Bill Burrows, Barbara Heath, Kay & Carol Heath, Margaret & Max Sidenbender, Betsy & Steve Brooks and Phyllis Moore, 3 uncles; George Curtis, Gary & Kathy Curtis and David & Dawn Curtis, 26 cousins and nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 17, 2015 at the Ladysmith Baptist Church with Pastor Dave Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Tony Cemetery. Guy's family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 16 at the Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith and again on Friday for an hour prior to service time at the church.
