Hazel A. Krisik, 86, of Glen Flora, WI, died Friday, August 21, 2020 at the Marshfield Medical Center - Marshfield.

She is survived by sons: Randall of Glen Flora, WI, Keith of Ladysmith, WI, daughters: Glenda Krisik and Jacqueline Krisik both of Lombard, IL, 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, sister: Gloria & William Pavlovsky of Broadview, Il and Brother: Kenneth Anderson of Ingram.

Funeral services for Hazel Krisik will be Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with burial in the Ingram Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday, August 25th after 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home and again on Wednesday one hour prior to the service.
