Heather A. Jacobs, 42 of Bruce, died on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at her home surrounded by friends & family following respiratory failure from complications of ALS.

She is survived by her mother; Roxanne, adoptive father; Gary Parrish, 1 son; Jonathon Jacobs of Bruce, 1 daughter; Lacy (Tyler) Bankes of Bruce, 1 brother; Richard (Jessica) Stine of Elmwood, 1 sister; Renee Rudi of Hudson and her significant other; Randy Kramer.

Heather was preceded in death by her father Jon and a sister Heidi Gaddy.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Porky's Bar in Weyerhaeuser.
