Helen Eckert, 100 of Bruce, died on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the Wissota Health & Regional Vent Center in Chippewa Falls.

She is survived by 1 daughter; Sharon & Al JaBaay of Bruce, 1 son; Raymond & Brenda Eckert of Ohio, 6 grandchildren; Kimberly, Tim, Jill, Tony, Todd and Matthew, 9 great-grandchildren; Eric, Jacob, Lucas, Natalie, Madison, Nathan, Carson, J'ME and Taskin and 2 great-great-grandchildren; Brenna and Quinn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Jacob & Stella (Sandlek) Folta, her husband Vernon, a daughter and son-in-law Sylvia & Dean Lindsey, 3 sisters; Joyce, Sylvia and Dolores and 1 brother Jack.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bruce with Fr. Papi Reddy Yeruva and Deacon Doug Sorenson celebrating. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until service time on Tuesday at the Church.

Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner.
