Henry "Jim" Burch, 83, of Sheldon, WI, died on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the Ladysmith Nursing Home in Ladysmith, WI.

Jim is survived by his wife Ruth of Ladysmith, sons; Scott (Pauline) of Eau Claire, WI, Bob (Dutch) of Wilton, WI, Jeffrey (Brenda) of Garretson, SD, and daughter; Christine (Brian) Tippetts of Lacrosse, WI, and 20 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Mary Jo Kurka, a grandson James Kurka, 2 brothers and 2 sisters: Haynes, Harvey, Harriet Worden and Helen Woodbury.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 1, 2013 at the Church of Christ in Sheldon with Pastors Jeremy Allard and Gary Kurka officiating. Burial, with Military Honors provided by the Sheldon American Legion, will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Sheldon. Jim's family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 31 at the Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith and again on Monday for an hour prior to service time at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jim Burch's name may be made to the Sheldon Church of Christ.
