Henry Kozub, 94, of Hawkins, WI died Friday, February 24, 2012 at Red Cedar Canyon Assisted Living Facility in Hudson, WI.
He is survived by his wife Evelyn of Hudson, 3 sons, Raymond of Sparta, TN; David of Lewistown, MT; Keith of River Falls, WI; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Georgianna Erickson of Ladysmith, WI and Victoria Schultz of Minneapolis, MN.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Bethel Lutheran Church in Hawkins with Rev. Jody Becker officiating. Henry's family will receive friends at the church for 1 hour prior to services.
