Obituary
Herbert D. Cooper, 83, of Sheldon, WI died on Friday, October 26, 2012 at the Cornell Area Care Center in Cornell, WI.
Herbert is survived by his wife Connie and their 4 children; Gail Keel of Plainview, MN, Dean Cooper of Phoenix, AZ, Arlis Cooper of Coon Rapids, MN, and Beth & Dan Smith of Carver, MN, 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, 1 sister; Inez Robertson and 1 brother; Wayne & Marian Cooper both of Sheldon, a daughter-in-law Judy Cooper of Sheldon and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the Sheldon Church of Christ with Rev. Jeremy Allard officiating. Burial, with military burial rites by the Sheldon American Legion, will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Sheldon. Herbert's family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the church in Sheldon and again on Tuesday for an hour prior to services at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Christian Harbor Youth Camp in Holcombe.
