Irene Madsen, 98, of Ladysmith, Wisconsin peacefully passed away surrounded by her family.
Irene is survived by her 5 children, Robert Jr. of Port Richey, FL; Barbara & La Vern "Woody" Woodford of Chippewa Falls, Cynthia & Kelly Adkins of Ladysmith; Rebecca Minks of Ladysmith and Michael of Eureka, CA; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
A celebration of Irene's life will be held on at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6th, 2016 at Faith United Methodist Church, Ladysmith. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service at the church. Lunch will follow.
