Iris Eileen Mindykowski Kubicz 76 of Ladysmith, passed away on Sunday; November 11, 2012. She was born on May 14, 1936 to Edward & Irene Mindykowski. She later married Andrew Kubicz.

She is survived by: Wayne & Laura Kubicz, Edward & Karen Kubicz, Josh & Vanessa Kubicz, Jason & Maria Kubicz, Ashley. Andrew and Ryan Kubicz. Great-grandchildren Gabriella, Marianna, Gage and Peyton and sibling Gervis (Gypsy) Mindykowski.

She was preceeded in death by her parents and her husband.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday; November 17th, 2012 at 11:00 AM at The Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Rev. Leslie Schenk officiating. Burial will be in The Hillcrest Cemetery in Hawkins, WI. The Kubicz family will receive freinds at the Funeral Home on Friday after 4:00 PM and again on Saturday for an hour prior to service time.
