Jack N. Procknow, 70 of Fond Du Lac, WI, died Monday, February 22, 2021 in Marshfield Medical Center - Marshfield, WI.

Jack is survived by his siblings, Robert (Annette) Procknow of Chandler AZ, James Procknow of Exeland, WI, William "Bill" (Barbara Manning Fiancee) Procknow of Green Valley AZ, and sister Kristine (Rick) Ernst of Radisson WI; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Lorraine Procknow and his sister Karen.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Exeland on Saturday, May 15, 2021.
