Jacob Lorne Lebal, 28, of Ladysmith, WI passed on to a peaceful place on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 after a very sudden and tragic accident.
Jake is survived by his father Kurt J. Lebal of Catawba and mother Christine McManaway of Phillips. Jake is also survived by a sister Amber Lebal and a brother Sawyer Ladenthin, both of Phillips.
There will be a memorial service held by Jake's father and friends at Greenwood Manor in Ladysmith on Saturday, February 22, 2014 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.
There is a memorial fund established to assist with memorial costs at the Heritage Credit Union in Ladysmith.
