Jacqueline M. "JACKIE" Long 54; died on Monday; July 25th, 2016 at her home in Ladysmith.
She is survived by her husband Bruce and their 5 children: Ashley & Mike Dellosa of Phoenix, AZ; Koen Long of Charlotte, NC; Cassandra Loing of Hayward; Mikaela and Payden Long, both of Ladysmith. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren: Claire and Margo Dellosa, 2 sisters: Judi & Russ Renner of Mayock, NC and Jennifer & Dave Marchessault of New Jersey and her parents, Nicholas & Carol Kohart, Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held at Our Ladysmith of Sorrows Church in Ladysmith on Friday; July 29th, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Fr. Inna Pothireddy officiating. The Long Family will receive friends on THURDAY AFTER 4:00 PM AT OUR LADY OF SORROWS CHURCH where there will be a Scripture Service at 7:00 PM. There will also be visitation at the Church on Friday from 9:00 AM until service time.
IN LIEU OF FLOWERS: Memorials in the Name of Jacqueline M. Long are requested for St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
