James L. Heintz left this world on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2018, surrounded by family.

He is survived by his wife Judy; one daughter, Shirley Heintz Woodmansee; sons: Mark (Mary), Scott (Carla), John (Renee), Jimmy, and Tony. He is also survived by his three stepchildren, Robert (Chris) McGinnis, Jody (Todd) Schott and Doyle (Yolanda) McGinnis; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and six step-grandchildren. He is further survived by his brother, Mike (Sharron) and his sisters, Lorraine Werner and Marilyn Sims.

Funeral services will be at noon on Saturday, Dec. 1, with visitation one hour prior to service at Nathaniel Lutheran Church, 1220 N. Second St., Bruce, with Rev. Mark Bartlett officiating. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30, at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith.
