Janet A. "Mike" Bouzard, 87, of Ladysmith died on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Ladysmith Care & Rehab.

She is survived by her 5 children; Gayle & Bob Schuch of Bruce, WI Lynda Persico of Jefferson, WI Gregory & Kathy Bouzard of Oconomowoc, WI, Kari & Mike Ryan of Eau Claire, WI and Don & Sue Bouzard of Hudson, WI, 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters; Marilyn Krisik of Ladysmith and Joan Pearson of Ingram, WI and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 11, 2016 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Deacon Doug Sorenson officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Ladysmith. Mike's family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Sunday, January 10, 2015 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith and on Monday for an hour prior to service time.
