Jason Ray Davis of Ladysmith, WI passed away May 12th, 2026 in a fatal car accident. Jason was born on May 4th, 1973 in Rice Lake, WI to Cindy Lindloff, of Eau Claire, WI and Gordon Davis of St Elmo, IL.
Moving to the area when he was in his late twenties, Jason played in many bands. You could find him singing, playing bass, and exhibiting mad guitar skills. From originals to cover songs, and an acoustic break in between, they always had the crowd cheering and dancing. He was well known for his involvement in the band many knew him for, Cat's Ass.
Jason also enjoyed other hobbies, such as shooting the guns he collected, going fishing, and reading his treasured books.
Jason worked for DairiConcepts for many years. Not only was he a dryer operator, he was a friend to his co-workers. He was well liked at work and respected, while he worked mainly night shift and briefly on day shift.
Jason is survived by his son, Gabriel Davis of Bruce, WI, siblings Stephanie and (Josh Treanor) and their children Kirstin Niznik and Charlie Treanor of Florala, AL, Jesse Glotfelty of Bloomer, WI, Katie Glotfelty of Rice Lake, WI, and Jeffrey Glotfelty of Rice Lake, WI. He is also survived by his brother, Lance Lindloff and (Jodi Hahn) of Ridgeland, WI. As well as his sister, Lilly Lindloff of Eau Claire, WI.
