Jay H. Peavey, Sr. 64 of Ladysmith; died on Thursday; May 5th, 2016 at The Lakeview Medical Center in Rice Lake.
He is survived by his wife Karla, 3 sons and 1 daughter: Jay Jr. & Kerstin of Tony, Jes & Jolene of Helena, MT; Ben Long & Amy Gardom of Ladysmith; Sarah Katana & Paul Wilde of Rice Lake. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, a brother and a sister: John of Texas and Jane & Doug Harms of Minnesota.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday; May 10th, 2016 at 11:00 AM at The Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Truman Stricklen officiating.
The Peavey Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time.
