Jerry R. Collins, Jr. 73 of Ladysmith, died on Friday; August 3rd, 2012 at The Rusk County Memorial Nursing Home in Ladysmith.
He is survived by 3 brothers and 3 sisters: David, Lyle, William, Thelma Bowers, Dorothy Huckabee and Mary Margaret Collins.
Funeral Services for Jerry will be held on Saturday; August 11 at 11:00 AM at The Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith. Burial with Military Rites provided by The Ladysmith Veteran's Assn will be in Riverside Cemetery. The Collins Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Saturday after 9:30 until service time.
