Jerry D. Hoffmann, 66, of Exeland, WI was surrounded in love by his wife and two daughters as he peacefully passed away Sunday, July 14, 2019.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Linda, daughters, Michelle (Darrell Weisser) of Lakeville, MN, Sherry (Robert Freeman) of Denmark, WI. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Caaden, Kate and Zackery, his father Oric, his brothers Richard, Doug (Cindy), and Brad, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home, Ladysmith, WI from 4pm to 7pm Friday, July 19, 2019.

Please join us to celebrate Jerry's life from 1pm to 6pm Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the Alan and Lisa Larson residence, 502 W Flambeau Ave., Ladysmith, WI.
